Jack and Bonnie exceeded our expectations greatly! We were first time home buyers and knew very little about the home buying process or even where to start. Jack recommended a loan officer which he had worked with before that would be able to help us find the home loan that worked best for us, and we could not have been more thankful! Kim Lovetro helped us through the entire process from getting approved for the amount we wanted to getting the lowest possible interest rate! Jack asked us what price range we were looking for, what amenities we wanted and any specific features we desired such as location for safety of the home. Jack and Bonnie set us up to look at about 7 properties and we fell in love with one of them. My fiance and I both walked in and knew that was the condo we wanted to purchase. Jack and Bonnie wasted no time putting in our offer and gathering our documents and got the offer approved within 48 hours! We were so happy and have been living in our new condo for about 2 months and love it! Jack and Bonnie are extremely easy to work with. Jack is very knowledgable about the area and can answer any questions about the surrounding neighborhood. We also enjoyed working with Jack because not once during the process did we ever feel like we were being pressured into something we did not like and he was ALWAYS keeping us updated and available to answer questions when we had them. Jack gave us his honest opinion about different properties such as how much work and money we would have to put into refurbishing a place if we decided to go with certain properties. Jack was also able to negotiate our contract to fit our specific needs. We are very thankful for everything both Jack and Bonnie have done for us! They are great at what they do and can find anyone the home of their dreams!
