My wife and I first moved to Ventura County 27 years ago. I went to work for Chart House Restaurants Inc and she went to work for Buena Medical Group. We personally got involved with buying and selling Real Estate here in 1996. I have only worked in two industries in my life, Real Estate and Restaurants.
